Gamplify is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Gamplify may change pricing with reasonable notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Gamplify is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
6. Custom Development & Consulting Services
Gamplify may provide consulting, implementation, customization, or development services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Timelines are estimates only
- Deliverables may evolve based on project scope
- Custom work is non-refundable once initiated
Gamplify does not guarantee specific business, financial, engagement, or performance outcomes.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services without permission
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Violate the rights of others
Gamplify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All Gamplify software, plugins, designs, trademarks, documentation, and content are the intellectual property of Gamplify or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.
You may not:

- Use branding without written consent

Gamplify disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Gamplify does not guarantee specific outcomes, engagement levels, revenue, or performance results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Gamplify shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Business interruption
Gamplify’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Gamplify in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamplify from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
14. Termination
Gamplify may suspend or terminate access:
- For violations of these Terms
- For non-payment
- At its sole discretion
You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain obligations survive termination.
