Team Reporting

Team Reporting

The report that renews the contract.

Learning progress, event attendance, engagement, and gamification metrics rolled up by team and cohort, for you and for the person who bought the seats.

Report

The buyer sees results

Somebody has to justify this line item

The manager who bought forty seats will be asked what they got for it, probably in a quarterly review, probably by somebody who has never logged in. If your platform cannot hand her a defensible answer, she will build one in a spreadsheet, and next year she will wonder whether the spreadsheet is worth the subscription. Team reporting is a retention feature wearing an analytics costume.

Available now as custom build.

TEAMS is currently implemented as custom solutions for trusted partners, and everything on this page works today through that process. A fully self-managed plugin is in active development as part of the Gamplify Suite.

What gets reported

Everything available to you.

By individual, team, cohort, or whole organization.

Delivery

Worked example

A quarterly review, twenty minutes before it starts

She needs three numbers and something that explains them.

Organization report

Q3, 12 locations

Report

Completion: 78 percent across 90 people

Up from 61 the previous quarter, which is the headline she needs.

Report

Attendance: 84 percent median watched

Better evidence of value than a headcount, and she can say why.

Delegate

Two locations well below the rest

Named, so the conversation is specific rather than general.

Enroll

Eleven people with no activity in 30 days

A list she can act on before next quarter rather than after.

Report

Exported in one click, branded as yours

And your product is now visible in a room you were never in.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Give the buyer their own report

When

A reporting period ends

Only if

An organization admin exists

Then

Send it rather than waiting to be asked. The report you supply proactively is the one that gets shown upstairs

Name the outliers

When

A group report generates

Only if

Some teams lag significantly

Then

Identify them specifically. General averages hide the exact thing a manager can act on

Always include the inactive list

When

Any team report runs

Only if

Any period

Then

Show who has not engaged. It is the least flattering number and the most useful one, and buyers trust reports that include it

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Rank teams on averages, never totals, or the largest team wins every comparison and the rest disengage.

Note

The report the buyer shows their boss is your best marketing asset. Design it for that room, not for yours.

Note

Pair this with RPM. Team reporting tells you what happened in the group. RPM tells you which individuals are about to drop out of it.
