The moment a purchase stops being one person
Available now as custom build.
Three currencies, three jobs
Everything available to you.
Most platforms end up running both kinds side by side.
A place in something
Seats
- Buy a block of places on a course, program, or cohort
- Assigned to a named person, or left open to claim
- Reassignable when staff change, which they will
- Released back when unclaimed before a deadline
A balance to spend
Credits
- A pool the buyer draws down against
- Different items cost different amounts
- Useful when the buyer does not know what their people need yet
- Top up rather than repurchase
A single-use key
Tokens
- One token unlocks one thing
- Ideal for events, assessments, and one-off sessions
- Transferable, expiring, or both
- Simple to reason about, which matters for buyers
How they are bought
Commerce
- WooCommerce checkout, or invoice for corporate buyers
- Volume pricing and group rates
- Included allocations, where a membership tier comes with seats
- Renewal that tops the balance back up
What happens next
Fulfillment
- Claim links the buyer distributes themselves
- Access granted the moment a seat is claimed
- CRM tags applied per assigned member
- Unclaimed inventory visible to the buyer at all times
Worked example
A company buys 40, and you do nothing
From purchase order to forty active learners without a single support ticket.
Corporate purchase
40 seats
Sell
L&D manager buys 40 seats on one invoice
Volume rate applied. One transaction, one receipt, one line in their budget.
Enroll
She gets a claim link to distribute internally
You never see a list of names, and she never emails you a spreadsheet.
Enroll
Each claim grants access and applies a cohort tag
Instantly. The person is in the course before they close the tab.
Delegate
Six seats unclaimed at the deadline
Released back to her balance rather than quietly wasted.
Report
She sees claimed, active, and completed at a glance
Which is the number her own boss will ask her for.

Three things worth knowing.
Note
Pick one primary currency and stick to it. Running seats, credits, and tokens at once confuses buyers and support alike.
Note
Decide your expiry policy before launch. Retrofitting expiry onto seats somebody already bought is a conversation nobody enjoys.
Note
The buyer is usually not a user. Design every screen they touch for somebody who will never take the course.
