Bulk Enroll

Bulk Enroll

Forty people, one action.

Upload a CSV or add members manually, and access to courses, events, cohorts, and content is assigned automatically as they land.

The manual version does not scale past about six people

Without bulk enrollment the process is somebody creating accounts one at a time, sending forty welcome emails, and then fielding the eleven that bounced. It works for a pilot and breaks for a real client, and it breaks precisely at the moment the account becomes worth having. Bulk enrollment is not a convenience feature, it is the difference between being able to serve organizations and not.

Available now as custom build.

TEAMS is currently implemented as custom solutions for trusted partners, and everything on this page works today through that process. A fully self-managed plugin is in active development as part of the Gamplify Suite.

How people get in

Everything available to you.

Several routes, because buyers arrive with data in different shapes.

What gets assigned

Messy data

Worked example

A messy CSV, handled properly

Forty two rows, four of them problems. None of it reaches you.

Corporate purchase

40 seats

Enroll

Manager uploads a CSV of 42 people

Columns mapped once. The mapping is remembered for next time.

Enroll

Preview flags four rows before anything is created

Two duplicates already on the platform, one bad email, one missing name.

Delegate

She fixes three and skips one, then commits

38 new accounts, 2 matched to existing members, nothing duplicated.

Enroll

Access, cohort tag, and onboarding checklist applied

Each person lands in the right place with a first task waiting.

Report

Welcome emails staggered over two hours

Rather than forty simultaneous sends that trip a spam filter.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Preview before you commit

When

A CSV is uploaded

Only if

Any import

Then

Validate and show what will happen first. Fixing a bad import after accounts exist is far worse than catching it before

Match, do not duplicate

When

An import runs

Only if

An email already exists on the platform

Then

Add them to the new cohort rather than creating a second account. Duplicate members break reporting permanently

Stagger the welcome

When

An enrollment batch completes

Only if

More than about twenty people

Then

Space the sends out. Simultaneous bulk email is the fastest route to a deliverability problem

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Always allow partial import. Failing a batch of forty because one row is malformed wastes everybody time.

Note

Keep the column mapping. Buyers export from the same system every quarter and remapping every time is friction they notice.

Note

Bulk enrollment without bulk removal is half a feature. People leave companies.
