Admin Management

Admin Management

Managers who never see the WordPress admin.

A front-end dashboard where a team manager, coach, or corporate buyer runs their own group: adding people, watching progress, and pulling reports, without a WordPress login.

The group fulfillment chain

Sell

Somebody buys for a group

>

Enroll

The group gets in

>

Delegate

Somebody else runs it

>

Report

The buyer sees results

Every admin login you hand out is a liability

A corporate buyer needs to manage their forty people. The lazy answer is a WordPress account, and it creates three problems at once. They see an interface built for developers, they can reach things they should not, and every question they have becomes your support ticket because the interface never explained itself. A front-end dashboard removes all three, and it is the single feature that makes selling to organizations sustainable rather than exhausting.

Available now as custom build.

TEAMS is currently implemented as custom solutions for trusted partners, and everything on this page works today through that process. A fully self-managed plugin is in active development as part of the Gamplify Suite.

What a manager can do

Everything available to you.

Scoped entirely to their own group. They cannot see anybody else.

Roster

Their people

What is happening

Progress

What they take upstairs

Reporting

Reaching the group

Communication

Deliberately

What they cannot touch

Worked example

A corporate buyer, running her own account

Twelve minutes of work a month, none of it yours.

Manager dashboard

40 seats, one L and D manager

Delegate

She logs in and sees her forty people

Nothing else on the platform is visible to her at all.

Enroll

Six seats still unclaimed, so she resends

Two clicks. Previously this was an email to your support address.

Report

Nine members flagged as no activity in 14 days

Sorted to the top, because that is what she needs to act on.

Delegate

She messages those nine directly

From inside the platform, under your branding.

Report

Exports a completion summary for her quarterly review

Which is the artifact that gets the contract renewed.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Sort by who needs attention

When

A manager opens their dashboard

Only if

Members have varying activity

Then

Order by inactivity and stalled progress rather than alphabetically. Alphabetical is useless for the job they came to do

Give them the export

When

A manager views group progress

Only if

A reporting period ends

Then

Let them export it themselves. The report they show their boss is what renews your contract, so make it easy to produce

Scope hard, then widen

When

A manager role is created

Only if

Before granting access

Then

Start with the narrowest useful permissions. Widening later is easy, narrowing after somebody has been using it is not

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

This is the feature that decides whether B2B is a good business for you or a support burden.

Note

A manager should never be able to see another group. That is both a trust issue and, depending on the data, a legal one.

Note

Watch what managers ask support for. Every repeated question is a missing button on this dashboard.
