Reports

Reports

Every table you are currently building by hand.

Filterable, sortable, exportable reports drawn from any connected source at once. Members, commerce, learning, events, community, and gamification, in one table rather than six.

The export-and-reconcile problem

Right now the answer to most questions about your platform involves exporting from WooCommerce, exporting from your LMS, exporting from BuddyBoss, and stitching them together in a spreadsheet with a lookup formula. That is not reporting, it is data entry, and it happens monthly because nobody has time to do it weekly. Reports exist so the question gets answered in the platform rather than in Excel.

Available now as custom development.

Gamplify RPM is implemented by our team for partner platforms today. A self-managed plugin with dashboard builders, shortcode generators, and configuration panels is actively being built.

Worked example

A question you cannot currently answer

Which paying members completed the course but never posted. Six sources, one table, no spreadsheet.

Report: engaged learners, silent members

412 rows

unify

Pull from commerce, LMS, and community at once

Subscription active, course complete, zero forum posts.

detail

Filter to members past their first 30 days

Because a new member who has not posted yet is normal, and a six month member who never has is not.

detail

Sort by lifetime value, descending

So the conversation starts with the members worth the most.

act

Export 87 rows and hand them to a coach

Or tag the segment and let a Flow handle it, which is usually better.

summary

Save the report and rerun it monthly

The work of building it happens once.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Find the quietly valuable members

When

A monthly report runs

Only if

Subscription active, high lifetime value, low engagement

Then

Tag them for personal outreach, because these are the most expensive people to lose

Spot the lesson that is broken

When

A learning report runs

Only if

A single lesson has an unusually high drop-off

Then

Send it to the faculty member who owns that course rather than to a support queue

Reconcile access against payment

When

A weekly report runs

Only if

Subscription lapsed but access tag still present

Then

Flag the mismatch, since these are the errors nobody finds until a member complains

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Save your reports. A report you rebuild every month is a report you will stop running by March.

Note

Report on the absence of things, not just the presence. Who has not logged in, has not posted, has not started is usually the more useful list.

Note

Reports answer what happened. Progress tells you what is about to. Use both, and do not let reports become your early warning system.
