Front End Faculty

Front End Faculty

Instructors who never see the WordPress admin.

Faculty create and manage courses, review learner progress, and pull their own reports, all from the front end of your platform under your design.

The learning lifecycle

Design

Someone builds the course

>

Sequence

It opens in the right order

>

Practice

The material gets rehearsed

>

Prove

Mastery gets demonstrated

The admin backend is where good instructors give up

Every coach you hand a WordPress login is three problems at once. It is a training burden, because the admin interface was not designed for them. It is a security surface, because roles are blunt and mistakes are permanent. And it is a retention problem, because a subject matter expert who has to learn a content management system to teach will eventually stop teaching. Front End Faculty removes all three by keeping instructors inside the platform your members already see.

Available now as custom development.

Gamplify LMS is implemented by our team for partner platforms today. Self-managed builders, configuration panels, and full UI tooling are actively being built.

What faculty can do

Everything available to you.

Scoped by permission level. You decide how much each role gets.

What they never touch

Worked example

Onboarding a new coach

Fifteen minutes, no admin login issued, no training on WordPress.

New faculty member

Day one

Design

You assign the Faculty role

A CRM tag does it. No user role editing, no plugin configuration.

Design

She logs in and sees a faculty area, not wp-admin

Same design as the rest of your platform, because it is the rest of your platform.

Design

She builds her first course from the front end

Modules, lessons, and a quiz drawn from an existing bank.

Sequence

Her cohort is assigned by tag

She sees her twenty learners and nobody else.

Prove

Week two: she spots three learners stalled on the same lesson

Which is a content problem she can fix herself, today, without filing a ticket.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Give coaches learners without giving them content

When

A coach is onboarded

Only if

They are not building courses

Then

Assign the Coach role, which sees progress and can message, but cannot edit anything

Let faculty fix their own content

When

A lesson has a high drop-off rate

Only if

The faculty member owns that course

Then

Surface the drop-off in their report so they can edit it directly rather than raising a request

Scope reporting to their own cohort

When

A faculty member opens reports

Only if

They have learners assigned

Then

Show only their learners, because a full platform report is both irrelevant and a privacy problem

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Decide permission levels before you invite anybody. Widening access later is easy, narrowing it after someone has been using it is not.

Note

Faculty need to see where learners get stuck, not just who completed. Completion rates hide the lesson that is broken.

Note

This is the feature that makes a platform scale past one teacher. Until instructors can work without you, you are the bottleneck.
