Dashboard
Every number in one place, for whoever is looking.
Points, levels, streaks, completions, posts, purchases, and sessions attended, pulled from every corner of the platform into one view. Members, coaches, and owners each get their own.

Progress nobody can see does not exist
Every mechanic in GAME produces a number, and a number sitting in a database changes nothing. The dashboard is where measurement turns into motivation, and the reason it has to pull from everywhere is that a member does not experience your platform as separate plugins. They completed a course, posted twice, attended a session, and kept a streak. Showing them four separate plugin reports is showing them your architecture instead of their week.
What a dashboard can show
Everything available to you.
Any metric on the platform, arranged however the audience needs it.
Core
PLAS
- Total points, by type and combined
- Current level and distance to the next
- Streak length and status
- Achievements earned and still locked
From everywhere
Activity
- Course and lesson completions
- Posts, replies, and messages
- Purchases and subscription state
- Sessions attended and percentage watched
- Scorecard entries and goal progress
Four different views
Audience
- Member, tracking their own progress
- Team or group, showing collective standing
- Coach, managing a roster
- Owner, watching the whole platform
Reading the data
Controls
- Timeframe filters: day, week, month, or challenge window
- Trend indicators showing direction and change
- Toggle between individual and group performance
- Export snapshots for coaching conversations
What it pulls from
Sources
- Gamplify CRM
- Gamplify LMS and LearnDash
- BuddyBoss
- WooCommerce
- Events, Teams, and any plugin or database record on the platform
Worked example
One member, one week, six numbers
This is the view a member opens. Every figure comes from a different part of the platform.
Member dashboard
Last 7 days
Measure
8,450 points earned, up 23 percent
From the CRM record, not a separate gamification table.
Measure
Level 12, and 34 day streak
The streak card reads On Fire above thirty days, because the label does work the number alone does not.
Measure
47 course completions, 23 sessions attended
Learning and events, side by side, which is how she actually experienced the week.
See
156 posts made, 12 purchases
Community and commerce in the same frame as learning.
Result
Every figure carries a trend arrow
Because up 23 percent motivates in a way that 8,450 on its own does not.
Recipes
Three you could build this afternoon.
Show the trend, not just the total
When
A dashboard renders
Only if
Any member
Then
Display the change alongside every figure. A number with no direction is a fact. A number with a direction is feedback
Give coaches a roster view
When
A coach logs in
Only if
They have members assigned
Then
Show the group dashboard sorted by who is slipping, not alphabetically
Put a compact version where they already are
When
Any profile or feed page loads
Only if
Then
Drop a four-metric summary in by shortcode, since the full dashboard is a destination and most members will not travel to it
Before you build
Three things worth knowing.
Note
Four to six numbers on a member dashboard. Beyond that nobody reads any of them.
Note
The member view and the owner view are different products. Do not build one and show it to both.
Note
Pair this with RPM. The dashboard shows what happened, RPM tells you who is about to leave.
The rest of CRM
Dashboard is one of 7 parts.
