RSVP Tracking
A yes is not a turn-up.
RSVP captures intent. Attendance captures reality. The gap between those two numbers is one of the more useful engagement signals available to you, and almost no platform measures it.

What RSVP handles
Everything available to you.
Registration, reminders, capacity, and the data that comes out the other side.
Signing up
Registration
- One-click RSVP for free and included events
- Full registration with custom fields where you need them
- Automated confirmation and ticket generation
- Add to calendar, so it lands in their own diary
Limits
Capacity
- Maximum attendee counts
- Waitlists that promote automatically on a cancellation
- Per-tier allocation, where some members get first refusal
- Reserved seats for teams and cohorts
Getting them there
Reminders
- Confirmation immediately on RSVP
- Reminder at 24 hours and at one hour
- Email, SMS, or push through the Gamplify App
- Different message to those who have not RSVPd at all
What it produces
The data
- RSVP rate against invited
- Attendance rate against RSVP, which is the number that matters
- Repeat no-show patterns per member
- Which events consistently over-promise and under-deliver
Worked example
Fifty-two invited, and where they went
Three numbers, and each gap tells you something different.
Cohort 12 weekly call
Thursday, 7pm
Register
52 members invited
The whole cohort. Everybody could attend.
Register
38 RSVP yes, 73 percent
A healthy number. The 14 who did not respond are a separate conversation.
Attend
34 actually attend
Four said yes and did not come. That is the guilt group, and they need a warm message.
Reward
The 14 non-responders get a different message
Because they never committed, so a we-missed-you note reads as presumptuous.
Reward
One member has now no-showed three times
Which is a pattern worth a coach picking up, not another automated reminder.
Recipes
Three you could build this afternoon.
Message no-shows differently from non-responders
When
Only if
Then
Escalate a pattern, not an instance
When
Only if
Then
Put the next event where they land
When
Only if
Then
Before you build
Three things worth knowing.
Note
Track RSVP to attendance as a ratio, not two separate numbers. The ratio is the signal.
Note
A falling RSVP rate on a recurring event is an early churn indicator for the whole program, not just for that session.
Note
Never use guilt language on a no-show. They already feel it, and a second reminder of it costs you the next attendance too.
