CRM Integration

Every RSVP and every minute watched becomes a tag.

Events write back to the CRM, which means an event is not a thing that happens and ends. It is a source of behavior the rest of your platform can act on for months afterwards.

The event lifecycle

Schedule

It gets created and found

>

Register

People commit to coming

>

Attend

They show up, or they do not

>

Reward

It feeds the rest of the platform

An event that leaves nothing behind is just a meeting

On most platforms an event finishes and the data dies with it. Somewhere there is an attendance list nobody will open again, and the member who came to all six sessions is treated identically to the one who came to none. Writing events into the CRM changes that completely. Attendance becomes a tag, tags drive content access and automation, and a member who has attended consistently can be given something a member who has not cannot.

What flows in each direction

Everything available to you.

Events write to the CRM, and the CRM controls what happens with events.

Inbound

Automation

Flows events can trigger

Over time

Segments it builds

Beyond Gamplify

Where it goes next

Worked example

One event ending, three different automations

Nobody runs a report. The platform sorts the attendees and acts on each group.

Post-event Flow

Fires 30 minutes after the session

Attend

Session ends, attendance syncs from Zoom

34 attended, 4 no-showed, 14 never responded.

Reward

Attendees above 60 percent: points, streak, tag applied

And the next session in the series is added to their calendar.

Reward

No-shows: replay sent with a warm note

No guilt language. They meant to come.

Reward

Non-responders: a lighter message about the series

Different tone, because they never committed to anything.

Register

A member on their sixth consecutive attendance

Unlocks an achievement and an invitation to the advanced cohort.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Make consistency worth something

When

An event ends

Only if

Member has attended six in a row

Then

Award an achievement and unlock something only consistent attendees get, because attendance habits are worth reinforcing

Reactivate the lapsed attendee

When

A weekly event runs

Only if

Member attended regularly and has now missed three

Then

Route to a coach, since a broken attendance rhythm precedes cancellation more reliably than almost any other signal

Gate on earned attendance

When

A member requests the advanced session

Only if

Attendance across the foundation series is below the threshold

Then

Show what they need rather than simply refusing, so the gate reads as a goal

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Tag the absence as well as the presence. Did not attend is often the more actionable record.

Note

Keep live and replay attendance as separate tags. They mean different things and collapsing them loses a real signal.

Note

Attendance tags accumulate quickly. Decide early which ones drive automation and which are only for reporting.
