Personality Assessments
A profile type that changes what the platform does.
Multi-factor assessments in the style of DISC, or built on your own framework, producing a result that unlocks content, auto-enrolls into groups and courses, and drives matching.

A result that changes nothing is a horoscope
Custom implementation today, self-managed tooling coming.
How multi-factor scoring works
How it is designed to work.
Weighted questions producing a profile, and a profile producing behavior.
What you can build
Frameworks
- DISC-style four-factor models
- Learning style and working style instruments
- Leadership and management profiles
- Motivational drivers
- Entirely custom frameworks built on your own methodology
How results are produced
Scoring
- Each answer contributes weight across multiple factors
- Primary and secondary types, since most people are a blend
- Confidence scoring, so weak results are treated as weak
- Thresholds you set for what counts as a type
What the member sees
The result
- A named type with a clear description
- Strengths and blind spots, stated honestly
- What it means for how they should use your platform
- How they compare to the community, where useful
The actual point
What it drives
- Content unlocked or reordered by type
- Auto-enrollment into a matching group, course, or cohort
- Matching weighted by complementary or similar types
- Coaching approach adjusted for the assigned coach
- Notification style and cadence adjusted per type
Re-assessment
Over time
- Retake windows, since people change
- Comparison against their previous result
- Progress tracked against development goals tied to the type
Worked example
Two members, same course, two different paths
They scored differently in week one and the platform has behaved differently ever since.
Profile-driven personalization
Same program
Learn
Dana scores as a Builder: learns by doing
Twelve weighted questions, four minutes, week one.
Learn
Marcus scores as an Analyst: learns by understanding
Same assessment, same course ahead of them.
Match
Dana gets the exercise first, theory second
Module order reversed for her type.
Match
Marcus gets the framework first, then applies it
Same content, sequenced for how he actually absorbs it.
Improve
Both finish. Neither knows the other had a different path
Which is what personalization should feel like.

Three things worth knowing.
Note
Explain the result properly. A member who does not understand their type will not trust the path it puts them on.
Note
Avoid results that are all positive. A framework with no uncomfortable outcomes has no diagnostic value and members can tell.
Note
Decide what changes before you build the assessment. If nothing on the platform will behave differently, do not build it.
