Forms

The form plugin you already run, made useful.

Gamplify integrates with Gravity Forms, JetEngine, Fluent, Formidable, Ninja Forms, and WPForms, then adds the layer they are all missing: CRM logic, gamification, and reporting on what came back.

Form plugins collect and then stop

Every form plugin in WordPress is good at capturing an answer and putting it in a table. None of them are good at the part that matters, which is what the platform should do differently now that it knows. A submitted form should apply tags, award points, enroll somebody in a track, and show up in a report next to everything else you know about that member. Gamplify does not replace your form plugin. It picks up where it stops.

Custom implementation today, self-managed tooling coming.

ASSESS is delivered through custom architecture for trusted partners right now. The builders and configuration panels that would make it a self-serve plugin are still being scoped, which is why it carries In scoping rather than Live.

Reporting

Worked example

An onboarding form that does eleven things

Six questions on signup. Everything below happens without anyone watching.

Onboarding form

Six questions

Learn

She selects her goal, role, and experience level

Three answers, twelve seconds.

Learn

Each answer writes a tag to her CRM record

Goal, industry, and stage, which is now the vocabulary the whole platform speaks about her.

Match

Tags route her into the Builder track and Cohort 12

Automatically. Nobody sorts a spreadsheet on Monday.

Improve

120 points awarded, onboarding level reached

So her first visible win happens inside the first minute.

Match

Her answers feed the matching engine

And she gets a suggested mentor before she has read anything.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Ask once, never twice

When

A form loads

Only if

The member already answered a field

Then

Pre-fill or skip it entirely. Asking a returning member their industry again tells them nothing on your platform is connected

Weight the questions that route

When

A form is submitted

Only if

An answer determines a track or cohort

Then

Tag on it immediately rather than reviewing later, because manual routing stops happening by week three

Reward the profile, not just the signup

When

A profile field is completed

Only if

It crosses a completeness threshold

Then

Award points and surface them in the directory, since complete profiles are what make matching and directories work

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Six questions maximum on an onboarding form. Completion falls off a cliff past that and you can ask the rest later.

Note

Every question should change something. If an answer will not alter what the platform does, it belongs in a survey rather than in onboarding.

Note

Progressive profiling beats one long form. Ask three things now and three more in week two.
