Custom Assessments

Custom Assessments

Your methodology, turned into a scoring engine.

Assessments built around your own framework rather than somebody else. Readiness scoring, leadership models, maturity assessments, diagnostic tools, with results that route members to the right resources automatically.

Most coaches already have a framework and no way to run it

If you have been coaching or training for any length of time you have a model. Five stages, four quadrants, a readiness scale, something you drew on a whiteboard years ago and have used ever since. Right now you apply it manually in conversation, which means it works at the speed of your calendar. Turning it into a scoring engine means every member gets assessed against your model on day one, and the platform routes them the way you would have, without you in the room.

Custom implementation today, self-managed tooling coming.

ASSESS is delivered through custom architecture for trusted partners right now. The builders and configuration panels that would make it a self-serve plugin are still being scoped, which is why it carries In scoping rather than Live.

What a custom assessment can measure

How it is designed to work.

The framework is yours. The scoring, routing, and reporting are ours.

Routing

Worked example

A readiness score that stops a bad enrollment

Turning somebody away is worth more than the sale you did not make.

Readiness assessment

Advanced program

Learn

She applies for the advanced program

Sixteen questions scored against your five-stage model.

Learn

Score places her at stage two of five

The program assumes stage four. She would have struggled and blamed herself.

Match

Not yet, with a specific reason and a path

Three named prerequisites, not a rejection.

Match

Auto-enrolled into the foundation track instead

Which is where the model says she belongs.

Improve

Reassessed four months later at stage four

She enrolls, and she finishes, which she would not have done in January.

Recipes

Three you could build this afternoon.

Read them as when, only if, then. That is the whole grammar of the system.

Disqualify honestly and helpfully

When

An assessment scores below threshold

Only if

They applied for something advanced

Then

Say not yet, name the gap, and route them to the thing that closes it. A refund later costs more than a deferred sale

Pair self-assessment with an outside view

When

A capability assessment runs

Only if

A coach or peer is available

Then

Collect both and show the gap, because the difference between self-rating and observed rating is the coaching conversation

Reassess to show movement

When

A member completes a program

Only if

They were assessed on entry

Then

Run the same instrument again and show them the change. Demonstrated progress is your strongest renewal argument

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Note

Build the routing before the questions. Work backwards from the outcomes you want people sorted into.

Note

A framework that always says yes is a sales tool, not an assessment, and it will damage completion rates.

Note

Reassessment is where the real value sits. A single score is a snapshot. Two scores are proof your program works.
